Howard has been a resident of Marina since 1958. He is a graduate of Seaside High School & CSU, Fresno in Geology. Howard is an Air Force Veteran, a past Marina City Council member & Mayor Pro-Tem. He is currently employed by the City of Salinas Public Works Department.
Howard was first elected to the MCWD Board in 2004. His current term ends in 2018.
Dr. Thomas P. Moore

Tom is a retired Army Colonel and currently teaches for the U.S. Naval War College Program at the Naval Postgraduate School.
Tom was first elected to the MCWD Board in November 1994. His current term on the District Board ends in 2020.
William "Bill" Lee
William "Bill" Lee is a retired Army Major. He enlisted in 1970, was commissioned as an Armor Officer in 1982, and retired from the Army in 2000. He then took a position with Advantor Corporation Supervising embedded security systems personnel on 85 Military bases worldwide, including Hawaii, Samoa, Puerto Rico, Korea and Japan, retiring again in 2016. Bill purchased his home in Marina in 1974.
Bill was first elected to the MCWD Board in 2006. His current term ends in 2018.
Jan is a trained biologist and continues to enjoy a lengthy career in outdoor education that has included both private and public sector roles.
Jan was first elected to the MCWD Board in 2010. Her current term ends in 2018.
Herbert is currently working at Hartnell College in the office of Curriculum & Instructional Support. Herbert is also a member of the Monterey County Democratic Central Committee. He has served on the City of Marina's Economic Development Commission. He received his Master's Degree in Public Policy from Pepperdine University. Herbert resides in Marina with his wife Carolina and two sons Emilio and Andres.
Herbert's current term on the District Board ends in 2020.

Keith brings 22 years of experience in civil engineering and the water-utility industry. He has been with MCWD since August 2015.
