Welcome to Marina Coast Water District (MCWD). As a result of a recent settlement agreement between MCWD and Bay View LLC, the way water service is provided to Bay View Community residents is changing. This page explains what those changes mean for you and provides answers and resources to common questions.
Questions and Answers About Changes to Your Water Service
For several years, Bay View Customers were not direct customers of MCWD. Under the recent settlement agreement between the District and Bay View LLC, the terms of service are changing. Below are questions and answers to help you understand how water service, billing, and customer support will work going forward.
Since you are already a customer, you do not need to update your contract. However, please update your contact information if it has changed by calling our office at (831) 384-6131 or (831) 883-5900. When you call, we will need to verify who you are with the last four digits of your social security number or drivers license number and then update your information.
